It was pleasant stay, I thoroughly enjoyed good food.

actually everything was immaculate, my next choice again in grainau. the hotel was luxurious, with a nice size rooms. the location was best possible for first time visitors to grainau. the staff was friendly professional, the service was excellent, they shared some useful information.

The hotel's location was stunning and particularly good in the lake. Besides, it was adjacent to the cable car in one direction, so many other attractions in the area and the surrounding mountains. Views of the lake were magnificent, the room was huge and modern. The bed was extremely comfy and the bathroom was good here.

Good service, amazing and awesome breakfast spread. Magnificent views of the Zugspitze mountain from extremely spacious rooms. Location close enough to The forest, and lake.

The location of the hotel was amazing, to the centre for free. Moreover, it's adjacent to hiking trails, Eibsee and the village of Grainau as well as Germany. Booked a room with balcony.

The hotel was overall clean with outstandingly friendly and amazingly attentive staff at check-out who was helpful and considerate. Thoroughly enjoyed the superior double room with balcony, wouldn't mind staying there all day.

The Hotel Am Badersee offers great value for money. The prices are reasonable for a hotel in such a beautiful location near the small lake and the Alps. The staff is attentive and pays attention to detail, ensuring a pleasant stay. The basic amenities in the rooms, especially the ones with a balcony on the lake side, are well-maintained and provide a lovely view. The breakfast with its great views is a perfect way to start the day.

Loved that we had a flat-screen TV with cable channels, a personal safe, and a work desk in the budget double room. This was a QUIET location. Lots of food for a buffet breakfast.

The hotel was very good value for money and the breakfast was very good indeed.

The noise of other people using thew balconies and the very cramped bathreooms.

We have stayed at the hotel a number of times over the years and that part of Germany is one of our favorite locations. The hotel has always been a very good experience as they treat guests very well.

I absolutely loved my stay at this luxurious hotel! The location was simply breathtaking, with a small, crystal-clear pond right outside the dining room and the majestic lower Alps in the backdrop. It was an absolute treat to wake up to such a stunning view every morning. The staff at this venue were extremely friendly and helpful, answering all my questions about bus schedules and making me feel right at home.

Good staff, very helpful and warm.

The fitness center was completely "powered down". It took me a few minutes to figure out how to get some of the equipment like the treadmill to work. During my last day, the room circuit popped and nothing worked after that.

Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.

The view of the nearby lake and the snow-clad mountains in the distance was breathtaking. the complementary breakfast and sauna access were nice touches. the hotel is located close to several scenic walking trails and public transport is easily accessible. I especially enjoyed the spa treatments available at the hotel.

The staff at the bar were not very friendly or welcoming on New Year's Eve. the prices of the restaurant were quite high and the quality of food was not worth the price.
